Quality Assurance: Embedded in our culture

As a business, we migrated to ISO 9001:2008 in August 2010, the high levels of quality procedures required by the standard have now been embedded in the culture at BSM since then. We were reaccredited in May 2012 and again in 2015, bringing our compliance right up to date with the latest developments in standards and expectations.

Putting ISO at the heart of all our operations, ensures the continued emphasis on quality throughout our business, enabling our business to operate more efficiently and delivering our customers even greater confidence in the reliability of our products and robustness of our services.

During 2016, we have invested further in raising our standard even higher with the implementation of Continuous Improvement to Key Performance Indicators, dedication to Lean Manufacturing through the implementation of Kaizen and Total Quality Management.
