Apprentices

For the first time in 30 years Brighton Sheet Metal is funding
three engineering apprentices: reinforcing their Central Sussex College, Crawley
course with an extensive in house training plan.
A further three first year apprentices are expected to be
recruited in 2011. All employees are presently enjoying increased
training opportunities as we move towards a multi-skilled workforce
to improve response times, flexibility and job satisfaction.
