To provide the high level of service expected by our customers, Brighton Sheet Metal is dependent upon recruiting staff of the highest calibre particularly in the areas of:

• TiG Welder/Fabricators
• Metal finishing to fine limits
• CNC cutting, punching and bending
• Paint spraying
• Electromechanical assembly

A Team culture is promoted throughout the company and all staff are involved in Total Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Teams of multi-skilled staff are developed, tasked with clearing bottlenecks, and following new and prototype work throughout the manufacturing process, to resolve production issues at an early stage.

The site has good public transport connections and plenty of free parking. Pleasant working conditions and surroundings, together with good rates of pay and constant investment in the latest technology, makes Brighton Sheet Metal an excellent career choice.

The company works a two-shift system, with overtime and all night shift hours paid at premium rates.

Day Shift 39 Hours:

• 07.30-12.30 and 13.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday
• 07.30-12.30 Friday

Night Shift 39 Hours:

• 18.30-00.00 and 00.30-05.00 Mon-Wed (flexed to meet demand)
• 18.30-00.00 and 00.30-04.00 Thursday
